Verdict: Shovelware.
What I Say:
I guess the first clue that this is shovelware is in the title – 9 in 1 Puzzles. The second clue is in the download size – 60Mb. The third clue comes when you run this for the first time and discover that the only input mechanism it accepts is touchscreen. The final clue is its vertical-only orientation. I’m guessing this was mobile shovelware before it became Switch shovelware.
As the name suggests, this is a collection of 9 barely different numeric puzzle games where you need to match numbers. Or something. There are no instructions or preamble before running any of these mini-games. The only one which was mildly interesting for a brief moment in time was the coloured circles game (see the fifth screenshot below).
